The TrackRecord admin dashboard includes tools for managing properties, employees, reports and users, as well as importing data into TrackRecord in bulk.
This admin tool is designed to quickly bring large amounts of data into TR. To use properties as an example, we can take a spreadsheet of all properties and copy and paste it into TR. The system then lets us identify which columns match up to fields in TR, i.e. Property name, address1, address2, postcode, managing office. TR will automatically create a new property for each line of the spreadsheet, as well as adding new managing offices that are referenced there.
