Weekly Update Email
The TrackRecord weekly update email goes to a pre-selected list of specified people and/or automatically to people who have been assigned actions and reports that are due.
Report Notification Email
The Report Notification email is sent to the user who is assigned the report when the report date is forthcoming.
Action Notification Email
Action notification emails are an escalating reminder email that go out when an action is incomplete in the system. They are completely configurable by timescale and severity ie. you can set your own notification rules to send an email to a specified user when an action 1 week overdue for a priority 1 action, or 2 weeks for a priority 2.
