A central resource screen for each of your properties lists all pertinent info and links to key resources specific to that property. The documentation folders are configurable to store whatever type of documents you like, for example maintenance documents, contracts or technical drawings. Tools specific to the property include asset and tenant registers and links to year planner and compliance reports configured specifically to the property. The asset register is a detailed list of assets at the property, (for example lifts) which can have their own specific report lines (i.e. lift maintenance reports).
