Report Search

Integral to all data screens in TrackRecord is the ability to filter data sets to criteria set by the user. In the case of reports, this means that you can search for a specific Report ID, Property ID or Address and/or target a date range, report type, managing office, property type, portfolio or region. You can also search for reports with a specific status, ie. reports that are scheduled or ones that are overdue. Combining these reduces complex conditions down to a few clicks, for example you might click Overdue Reports for the Managing Office Birmingham and these will be returned in an instant. You can perform searches for actions, properties and employees in the same way by clicking on the relevant tabs and selecting Advanced Search.

TrackRecord Excel Export

Any data set in TrackRecord can be exported to Excel at the click of a button, and maintains the specific table structure present in TrackRecord. On any data set (properties, reports, actions or employees) select any filters you require to narrow down the list to the ones you want and click the Excel Export Button.
