Hosting

TrackRecord has managed data for over 100 000 properties for over 10 years. Our servers are hosted in a bespoke data centre with 24hr security, CCTV and fire suppression and are secured with fully encrypted SSL authentication systems.

Backups

Nothing in TrackRecord is ever deleted, only archived. This means that every version of every file can be retrieved and accessed at any point. As a secondary backup, all data stored within TrackRecord is backed up nightly to tape and stored offsite. Incremental backups are retained at daily intervals, meaning that we can restore an entire TrackRecord site to a snapshot of that system at a previous point in time.
