Property Reports start off as physical audits, certificates or documents that a consultant has carried out on a property, for example an asbestos survey or a risk assessment. These are uploaded to TrackRecord as evidence that necessary inspections have been carried out. The actions that have been recommended during these site visits are identified in TrackRecord, assigned to the relevant user or team, and tracked through to completion.
