Quick Launch Toolbar
The TrackRecord home screen is a dashboard with a Quick Launch toolbar, putting an extensive number of widgets, such as the Calendar and To-Do Lists at your disposal. Each widget is designed to provide a quick snapshot of the data stored in a different part of the system, putting the information that is most relevant to you right at your fingertips.
Calendar
A useful parallel to property year planners is the calendar widget, which provides the user with a quick overview of everything that they personally have due in the system on a given day across the whole system, be it scheduled reports, overdue reports, actions or items on their to-do list.
1. The calendar widget provides an overview of all reports, actions and to-do items due in the current month.
To-Do Lists
1. The To-Do list widget generates a list actionable items specific to each user,
allowing them to identify at a glance the actions and reports they have access to
that will directly improve overall site compliance.
2. Each to-do list item has a toggle indication whether or not it affects your compliance
score.
Recent Activity Widget
The Recent Activity widget is a log of all actions taken in the system by all users, allowing anyone with sufficient access to keep track of updates in real time. Having a log of all changes made in the system is useful for keeping track of updates that colleagues have made to reports that you are interested in.
My Actions & Team Actions Widgets
These widget provide you with an instant snapshot of actions that are assigned specifically to you and your team. By viewing this when you first log into the system, it is easy to keep on top of the next item that you need to progress.

These widget provide you with an instant snapshot of reports and action that are assigned specifically to you and your team. By viewing this when you first log into the system, it is easy to keep on top of the next item that you need to progress.
