By downloading the App you agree to using the App in accordance with this document. If you do not agree, do not download the App.

Who we are and what this document does

We Jacobs UK Limited of Cottons Centre, Cottons Lane, London, United Kingdom, SE1 2QG authorise you to: Use Track Record Report Generator mobile application software, (the App) and any updates or supplements to it for carrying out audits and capturing information for the purpose of uploading that data to the Track Record web application. Connect to the Track Record web application via the App and receive the content we provide to you through it (the Service). as permitted in this document.

This document

This document sets out the highlights applicable to your use of the App, in line with your employer's contract for Track Record. However, it in no way replaces your employer's contract for Track Record and you should address any questions or concerns in this regard to your employer in the first instance.

Your privacy

Under data protection legislation, we are required to provide you with certain information including who we are, how we process your personal data and for what purposes and your rights in relation to your personal data and how to exercise them. This information is provided in Track Record privacy policy and it is important that you read that information.

Terms for specific services

This App has been designed to operate as a companion to Track Record web application and may only be used by individuals who have an account for the Track Record web application, using those same credentials but only once you have signed into the Track Record web application at least once. In order to use this App your employer must have arranged for you to have a Track Record account.

In addition the services set out below will be governed by the following terms of use and privacy policies:

The ways in which you can use the App may also be controlled by the Google Play's rules and policies which will apply instead of this document where there are differences between the two.

Operating system requirements

The App requires a mobile device with and an Android operating system with a minimum version of Android 8.0 (API 26) and the ability to connect to the internet. The App will work online as well as offline, and you will be able to upload documents to the Track Record web application once your connection is restored.
You should only use the App in compliance with your "Bring Your Own Device Policy" or similar (if applicable). Your mobile device must be encrypted.

If you think the App or the Service are faulty or misdescribed or wish to contact us for any other reason, please make contact via Service Now.

How you may use the App, including how many devices you may user it on

In return for your agreeing to comply with this document you may:

Check that the App and the Services are suitable for you. The App and the Services have not been developed to meet your individual requirements. Please check that the facilities and functions of the App and the Service (as described on the Google Play store site) meet your requirements.

You may not transfer the App to someone else

We are giving you personally the right to use the App and the Service as set out above in the section "How you may use the App", because your employer has created an account to Track Record for you. You may not otherwise transfer the App or the Service to someone else, whether for money, for anything else or for free. If you sell or give away any device on which the App is installed, you must remove the App from it.

Changes to this document

We may need to change the terms to reflect broader changes. Please re-read the terms regularly to check for changes.

Update to the App and changes to the Service

From time to time we may automatically update the App and change the Service to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating system or address security issues. Alternatively, we may ask you to update the App for these reasons.

If you choose not to install such updates or if you opt out of automatic updates you may not be able to continue using the App and the Service.

We recommend that you also update your Android operating system regularly to ensure that you do not lose any data from the App.

All intellectual property rights in the App and the Services throughout the world belong to us (or our licensors) and the rights in the App and the Service are licensed (not sold) to you. You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the App or the Service other than the right to use them in accordance with this document. You must not remove, copy or destroy any copyright, trademark or other proprietary marking or legends placed on or contained in the App or Service.
